How can I change header colors and footer visibility on different pages?

Hello --

Can someone please help me get a different header color on different pages? For example, I want my header to be transparent with white text color on the homepage but for the products page (for example) I want the header to be white with black text.

Additionally is it possible to have a footer appear on only one page instead of all of them?
