You can add this code to Custom CSS in Sales channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings to do that

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code.
2. Open your theme.liquid file
3. In theme.liquid, paste the below code before </head>

<style>
form#predictive-search-form {
    background-color: #ffff !important;
}
</style>
