How can I change the font color on my Debutify checkout page?

I am trying to change the font color on my checkout page - main text as well as text within the transparent fields. I changed the background photo from one dark photo (and the text was by default white) to another dark photo, and now the text is black, and you cannot see it. It shouldn't be this hard to fix. I have a Debutify theme, got on a video call with them, they said they are limited in what they can change because the check out page is actually run by and operated by Shopify. I spoke to 3 people at Shopify and they said it's Debutify and may be a coding issue, and I should reach out to the community page for help. So...can anyone help? Thank you!
