How can I change the image on a specific collection in my theme?

Hi, 
The Web Developer working for the company where I am now made a modification in the theme to show an image on one of the collections. It's the one I've highlighted with green: 

 

Now I need to change this image and I don't know how to find it, as it's not a product in the collection, it seems like it was some code modification but I can't find the file where that was done. 

I've checked on the theme editor but the settings are no different from the other collections. 



Do you have any idea on how she would have changed it? Or how to create something like that?

I guess they get images from your store admin > Products > Collections > Open a collection then you can see Image

Thank you for your quick response! Yes, that's right 🙂
They've created a metafield for it, so I just had to find it and change the file. I wonder if I could create another metafield so that the image would act like a button to download a pdf or to get to a page.
