how can i change the look of customer accounts - dawn theme?

Welcome to Shopify Community.

To change the complete look of the Customer Account page It will need to change the HTML along with liquid and all the styling of the page. Thus the complete code cannot be done here. I would recommend to seek help of a developer to help you with the setup at reasonable cost.
