How can I change the red background on my mobile website?

My mobile version seems to have some sort of background behind the website which I can seem to find out how to change. Can someone help me out ? Website is loulouis.no and password is saebot. The background i´m talking about is the red background behind the entire website.

For this you need to make change in code as the issue is in code due to which background cannot be changed.
