Preface: I know you can create a New Collection using "Variant Is Equal To." I've done that. However, ALL the variants associated with the specific product are also transferred into the New Collection. I have over 250 prints I offer so I'd like to do this as simply as possible - instead of going through 1 by 1. Help?! 🙂
My Question:
Is it possible to then reduce the variants to ONLY canvases in that SPECIFIC Collection WITHOUT altering all the variants associated with each Canvas I have in other collections?
For Example, once I've populated 'Canvas Collection' with one of my canvas selections (Apple Pie) which contains 3 different variants:
Variant - Canvas
Variant - Metal
Variant - Acrylic
What I Want:
Canvas Collection
Apple Pie
Variant - Canvas
BUT I need to make sure that the primary Apple Pie offering still has ALL THREE Variants still available WHILE an Apple Pie Canvas is restricted to ONLY my Canvas Collection.
