How can I create a custom contact form with different email redirects?

Hi, I want to create a custom contact form. I would like to insert 2 radio options and each of them would redirect the emails to different mailbox. So if the customers want to ask about the product the emails go to X and if the potnential business partners want to contact me the email goes to Y mailbox. Is it possible? I have already manged to insert radio options. Below is my store and the password and contact page.

Hi @MKSCshop There is no option you can accomplish it this way, but I think there is a workaround through which you can do it.

Why don't you add a check before the contact us page i.e. add a page or option where you can have 2 buttons 1st on will say "Inquiries about cooperation" and other button will say "Other questions", so lets say if customer will click on 1st button then they will land to different contact us form where they send the email/inquiry then you will get the email of your 1st email.

and same follows for the 2nd button as well.

If you will unable to implement the same then I'm happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.

Thanks! If I understood correctly we could do a landing page on contact page that would blur background and highlight two options : "Cooperation" and "Business". Then each of them would redirect to other contact forms and other mailboxes?
