How can I create a mix and match section for my online store?

Hello,

I would like to have a mix&match section on my store exactly like this: https://www.goutalparis.com/en/pages/votre-bougie-sur-mesure

I am almost positive that there isn't an application for this, so my question is if there is a qualified Shopify coder that has experience in this field. Would love to know. Thank you in advance for the suggestions!
