How can I create a slider for a featured collection?

Hoping someone can help... 

I am looking to create a slider for a featured collection instead of it showing in grid/collage format. 

At the moment it looks like this: 

However, i was hoping to achieve something like this: 

On mobile and desktop ideally!

Thank you for the link, however, my knowledge on coding languages is terrible...

Any other ideas or help would be truly much appreciated. I can see there's a few others asking for the same solution with no solution provided yet. 

I hopefully look forward to hearing about any ideas on solutions.
