How can I create a sticky menu in Sense Theme?

Hi guys 🙂 How can i add sticky menu and header to my Sense theme. Because Sense doesn’t keep it sticky while scrolling down but as soon as you start scrolling back up it shows the header even if you’re not at the top of the page. Thank you!

I'm on the Sense Theme and followed this link to try it out. When in Edit Code and I try deleting from header.liquid it keeps coming back. It's like Shopify have some sort of protection. It's not possible to delete. I have the latest update 4.0.0.
