If your trying to do this from nothing that's beyond the scope of free help forums as your asking someone to build the HTML, do the design , and add product-form > cart behavior, and make it work with some specific theme.

To DIY and add product to the cart button see the developer docs on themes, or the dawn reference on github and it's buy-button snippet.
