How can I create a two-column about page with text and image?

Hi there,

I'd like to create an about page with two columns, one with image and the other with text (pic 1).

I've tried to wrap text around image and set to left alignment but the image looks distorted and text is too close to image (pic 2)

I am using the Flow theme
