How can I create a video splash screen as a home page on Dawn?

I'm trying to build a local version of https://www.petzl.com/INT/en which has a video splash screen with 2 options before going to the site proper. I beleive it is actually the home page for the site becuase if you click on their logo at any time it goes back to this splash screen.

can you create a home page on Dawn that is just the one video and doesn't show menus, headers, footers etc?

it also has the functionality to sitch between tow sites SPORT or PROFESSIONAL once on the site proper (both have their own menu structures). What would be the best way to do this, i was thinking markets...?

Hi @TimAU Yes it is possible to make the homepage like the site you have mentioned with the dawn theme, you need to add custom code to remove the header, footers, etc from the homepage, and add all the stuff you need, also you are correct that it is the home of the site as whenever you will click on the logo you will land on that home page.

Market is a great option to have both the other sites, but issue with the market is it will just open when you are located in that country, otherwise it will not open.

So the option to achieve two different sites or menu can be accomplished through custom code without that you will not be able to achieve this.

Just for your information: That the site you have provided is not build on shopify.

If you will unable to implement the same then I'm happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.

thanks @sahilsharma9515 , i thought as much. I'll raise it internally, but the site is not ecomm just informational so they don't want to spend any cash on it! I did realise that the original site is not shopify based, but just trying to replicate closely for local users. thanks for the feedback and information
