How can I create extra "Default Pages" on the Dawn theme,
if say I have men's and women's pages but are both assigned to the "Default page" then any edits I do on one, changes the other?

Hi Kimosabe,
From the sounds of what you are asking, I think you need to create a separate page template within the Theme files so that you can have a completely different structure / layout.
To do this you need to head into the theme code and create a new page template. Once you have a new template, you can assign you pages accordingly, and customise using the 'Customise' editor.
If by any chance you are referring to product 'pages', then you can apply a similar process and then assign each product to the template that you prefer.
I hope that helps
Iain

Hi there @Kimosabe. I'm happy to help you out with this!
Any edits you make to a template in the Theme Editor will be applied to all pages using that specific template. You can only have one "Default page" page template which will be applied to all of your pages by default. However, you can also create additional page templates and assign them to the appropriate pages created in your Shopify Admin without needing to edit your theme's code.
To do this you will want to start in your Theme Editor by going to Online store > Themes > Customize (next to your Dawn theme). Once there you will want to use the navigation area at the top of the page and go to your Pages templates. You should see the option to Create template here. This will create an additional template for your pages that you can customize separately from your Default page template. Then you will need to apply your new template to the correct pages in your Shopify Admin. We have a guide on creating and applying new templates on this page here for more information. I've included some screenshots below of what this process looks like.
You can also edit the content of pages individually using the page details settings in your Shopify Admin by going to Online store > Pages and clicking the page you want to edit. More information on customizing pages can be found here.

Hello, I have a question, Is this is no longer possible with dawn theme. I`m have attached one default page with section and when i try to attach or make another one I just end up changing only one default page.
Hi, @mivana. This is definitely still available with the Dawn theme. Can you tell me more about the steps you're taking with your templates and sections, and what you're hoping to do? I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding so I'm helpful going forward.
The following guides can help you out in the meantime:
