How can I create nested collections in the Prestige theme?

Hello,

I am currently using the Prestige theme and am wanting to make navigation a little easier for my customers. I want to create a “Shop All” button on the homepage that will take them to a collections page that lists off the various product types that I offer. Then once these buttons are clicked I want it to take them to a sub-category to choose from. For example the first button would be Accessories, then sub buttons could be Drinkware, Bags, Keychains, etc. 

I’m sure I need coding to achieve what I’m wanting and I’m ok with that. I just need a walkthrough if possible.
