How can I customize Dawn theme's contact form options?

Hi!

I have the dawn theme, and I'm trying to edit the Contact Form by adding an option for users to choose whether they are individuals or businesses. However, there is no option for me to do so. Is there any sort of code I can add to edit it/.

Hello @Kaiya , I want to add a box that gives the customer an option of whether they are a business or individual. 

So the box would be:

I am a: (Select Business or Individual)

And then the rest would be the same as usual, asking for name, phone number, etc.
