How can I customize my cart symbol and add an image to my contact form?

Hello,

Happy New Year!

- I would like to customise the cart/basket symbol of my shop. How can I do that please?

- Also, I saw on a website (https://cremelondon.com/pages/contact) that the contact us form has an image on top of the "Send" CTA and when you hover over, this image flies up. This looks really nice and fun and wondering how I can achieve sth similar?

- Lastly, how can I make some fields of my Contact Us form required please?
