How can I customize my checkout page to include upsells?

Hey folks,

I would like to customise my checkout experience to include 'people also ordered' and a link to my clothing range if at all possible. Also i would like to offer them free delivery on clothing ordered with length and strength.

I would like this done for the reverse, so when customers order clothing they can be upsold the product. Again with free shipping.

Lastly, would it be ok to swap around my payment options on the checkout page. Credit card first and Paypal after.

Hopefully this can be done.

Thats a great app thanks so much for sharing. However its a little out of our budget and teh free version doesn't add the features we need. Is there another more reasonable priced option for this?

Hi, the checkout extension feature by shopify is very new and there are limited number of apps that support it, so in accordance, apps know this. Whats your budget and ill glance quick. I have tried about all of them.

That is reasonably priced, when it comes to getting custom behaviors if these wants via apps can't generate more than $X a month in revenue it's unlikely it's even worth spending time on.

I see Pauls point, but also unless things have chnaged I thought checkout extensions were only available on shopify plus. Which is at least $2k a month, so a little confused on $99 being out of the price range.

Maybe checkout extensions are available for other plans now, I could be wrong.

We tried Shopify's app, Checkout Blcoks, but that didn't work well for us. The support is really bad. We switched to this one after that: https://apps.shopify.com/upsellpluscheckout; it does the 'people also ordered' option in the checkout. I think you can also reorder payment methods, haven't used it for that, but worth a try!
