How can I customize the buy button on the Dawn theme?

Hello,

I would like to have my buy button on dawn theme completely redesigned and reprogrammed. I would like it to only be the white button thing and delete the black one which says "Buy it now", and I would like to change the white ones text to "order". In addition I'd love the white button to put the customer to contact page, because before they inquire the product i need to know some details. Does anyone know how to deal with that? Much appreciated.
