How can I customize the mobile footer on my site?

Hello Experts,

Please help me to customize the footer for the mobile version of my site. I don't need any changes to the desktop version. 

I want to remove the logo "ZATURA" and get it replaced with the text "Follow us on" (Centre Alligned) Please remove the extra padding and spacing as well.

Do you mean like this? 

If its check this one. 

From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Online Store" and then "Themes".

Find the theme that you want to edit and click on "Actions" and then "Edit code".

In the "Assets" folder, click on "base.css, style.css or theme.css" file, depending on which file your theme uses to store its CSS styles. At the bottom of the file, add the following CSS code:

@media screen and (max-width: 749px){
.footer-block--newsletter {
    gap: 1rem;
}
.footer-block__details-content.footer-block-image.center {
    display: none;
}
.footer-block--newsletter:before {
    content: 'Follow Us!';
    font-size: 20px;
}
}
