How can I customize the Scheme Title for easy recall?

Is there any way to customize the Scheme Title? For noting purposes? I know there is a way to have a different scheme set for every section on the page but how will I remember which scheme I've used for what? Being able to customize this feature would save me greatly from on going loop.
