How can I delete the default collection template?

For some reason, my website will rarely re-route the user to the default collection template page

It happens randomly so I cannot show proof of this hapening.

Either how do I delete the page or find the url to it so I can maybe stop it off from re-routing in the navigation panel.

I just want it to stop doing this. Thank you

Are you using any collection template? If so, just change your collection template to route to the section you want (see image below) or copy your other collection.YOUR_OWN.json to collection.json template.

If you want to redirect and never show collection page, you have to redirect
