How can I design a rounded button for my GDPR banner in Dawn theme V12?

Hi,

I'm using the dawn theme (V12) and I want to make the buttons on my gdpr banner rounded (40px).

Since the gdpr banner app was brought into the dawn theme, I now can't find out how to edit it. 

Any ideas?
