How can I display collections in quick search results?

Perhaps I'm missing something - as this seems to be a common feature on stores, but for the life of me I can't see to figure out how to have the quick search results and search results display collections.

All my quick search results (the ones that show as you type) and search results show are products.

How do I display collections in these?

Same problem here..I believe it's quite easy if you know the code
