Hi @Toland 

You can check this app out. It is exactly providing what you asked for and is compatible with your theme. Displays remaining/left in stock just above the add-to-cart button and works for variant levels. The threshold can be also selected within the app so that you can only display the widget if you are low in stock.

I checked and you added it at Customize? So you just need to move it at Customize > Products > Default product.
