How can I divide collections into sub collections on SupplyStore theme?

I want to split a collection into two or three sub collections.

I want to open Original Photo realistic Art, and see two or three collections inside, Birds, Animals and maybe a third.

I want to do the same in Original Contemporary Art .

This process involves creating sub-collections and then linking them to the main collection using metafields encapsulated within metaobjects.

I might want a third, but for now only need the two for each.
