Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi,
Previously before the update there was a small number on the side of the 'Unfulfilled' tab on the Orders page. Unfortunately this does not show anymore and I am unable to see how many unfulfilled orders there are, is there an easier way of looking at this instead of counting the pages?
Thank you for your help.
Hey, @POUNDAMETRE
The open/unfulfilled orders notification will still show beside the 'orders' text on the sidebar menu:
That counter will show any and all orders that are still open/unfulfilled. Judging by the screenshot you shared, you do not have any open and unfulfilled orders, which is why you are not seeing the (1) beside the orders.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

It only shows 50+ next to unfulfilled on the home screen.. What we're trying to find out is how to see the TOTAL count of how many unfulfilled orders?
@stevemc yes very annoying it only shows 50+ instead of the full count selected. Has anyone found a quick solution here?
Still not a feature in shopify 2 years later.
Surely this is an important metric for all shopify stores that pack their own orders.
Telling us we have 50+ orders to pack is ridiculous when we are packing hundreds a day.
I want to see an updated number so our warehouse knows if they need to schedule on more staff etc.
Please shopify listen to feedback and add this simple metric.
