How can I edit h2 headings in the blog page theme code?

Im needing some help to find the correct theme code page so I can edit the top Blog Sections on this page https://ubco.com/blogs/blog

Need to be able to edit the below h2 headings

All  |  News  |  Press  |  Case Studies  |  Videos

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes I want access to the code (style sheet etc) so I can edit my self.
Do you know where I can find this and what it will be called?

what exactly you want to changed? the size of the font ? for that you dnt need to access the root file of the blogs all you have to do, add a css code in your theme css file. 

if you want to move things in the code up and down, change the order then i can tell you. 

before that tell me about what theme you are using. or come in -P----M-- for further discuss

This site is a custom built shopify plus site.
Im wanting to be able to edit these h2 heading All  |  News  |  Press  |  Case Studies  |  Videos
I need to change News to Blog.
These h2 headings seem to be hard coded. I dont have access to edit these. So Im need to find the back end code to edit.

Ahm can allow me to check on your theme code to identify since it is custom build then the folder file structure would be different.
