How can I effectively resize collection images in Refresh theme?

  although, ive resized my product images in refresh theme, i can't seem to figure out how to resize my images on collections.

ive tried editing the code and resizing in my product page.  ive even tried resizing images in windows 11 before bringing them over to shopify. im wanting them to be uniform in size and smaller. any help would be appreciated.
