How can I ensure consistent desktop and mobile views on my online store?

hey, how do i keep my shopify store desktop and mobile view same. as when im logging into my shopify store via mobile site the infrastructure of store isnt looking good, comparativelyto desktop. so is there any way when my customers login via mobile site they still have a good desktop view ?

Which of the Shopify theme are you using? Free or Premium.

The premium theme gives you the option to design for mobile as well as design

Update viewport meta within head tag from 

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

to

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=0.1">

and let me know here if it is not working.
