How can I fix non-clickable thumbnails and zoom issues on mobile product images?

Hello Shopify community, 

I need your help with two bugs, please.

1. Thumbnails are not clickable. It's working with a swipe, but you can't choose a thumbnail. 

2. When pressing the Zoom icon, the image opens to full size but you cant zoom out or move the image.

This error might be due to the JavaScript file in your theme. Could you please let me know which theme you are using?

When I checked your theme, the thumbnail button is missing the click event to switch images.

- In my theme: 

- In your theme:

You may check the JavaScript file in your theme or double-check the thumbnail settings in the theme:

- Thumbnail setting:

• Step 1: From your Admin Page, click Online Store > Themes > Customize
• Step 2: Go to your Product Page
• Step 3: On your product page, click the Product information word on your left-hand side
• Step 4: You can see your Thumbnail setting on the right side
