How can I fix the mobile banner view on my homepage?

the mobile view of the banner on my homepage doesn't look right on the mobile view. The images aren't cropped the way they are on desktop, and there's a space at the bottom of the slideshow/banner. I need a code to help me adjust this. My website is www.littletoesch.com
