How can I further customize my collection list?

hi i would like to be able to customize my collection list further like a banner . and where i can use image as background, put headline or button in the center. etc . hope you can help.

i wanted to make a 4 column grid with banner to show my collection list instead of the default. almost like this photo ault.

Its like the size of the default collection list. The style is like the
image banner where i can put headline, text and button. And if possible
where i can have hover effect of some sort. Responsive would be nice.


Im thinking that this would be nice to use for service badge( if not
mistaken) as well in addition for using it to make collection list more
appealing, like Free Shipping Badge, 24hr customer support badge
