How can I get the second image (on hover) in a carousel to be the same size?

Hi!

I have 2 issues regarding the carousel /hover images for the Showcase theme that I'd love some help with.

1. I would like the second image (on hover) to be a set size, so that it keeps the same proportions as the first image, but also so all second images in the carousel have the same size, regardless of their org size. Is there a way to do this? This is what it looks like now, where eg second image of Swan vs Poppy are different:

2. Is there a way to make the horisontal products the same height as the vertical ones, so they don't shrink like below:

Sorry I didn't see your reply until now. I have sorted the first issue out but I am still struggling with the second one, ie how to get the same height on the horizontal pics in the carousel (see screenshot).
