How can I hide sold out items from my product grid?

Hello,

I am selling individual Pieces, so I only have each Item one time. 
Right now, when a Product is sold, it still appears on the product grid.
it has a description, that the product is out of stock, but it still shows.

Hi @lailalaila Welcome to Shopify Community. 

You can use this app called Out-of-stock Police to simply set and automate whenever the product is out of stock it will automatically appear at the bottom. 

Either way, a custom solution can be made which can perform the same action or out-of-stock products can be hidden.

I had a similar issue. I was able to fix it with a couple lines of liquid. If I remember correctly, I used an "unless" statement and that would probably work for you for hiding out of stock products. If you're not sure how to write liquid or find the code you would be editing then an app is your best bet!
