You can find the theme name for any Shopify theme by inspecting the code and looking for the following:

For a larger brand like Allbirds however, they often modify their theme significantly and usually change the name/ID. In their case, the name is based on more of an internal version tracking component than the theme they started with. I would just use their contact form and politely ask what Shopify theme they originally went with 🙂
