How can I implement an 'Add All To Cart' feature on multiple product grids?

We run multiple stores for customers who have large business networks. In most situations a director is ordering multiple products for numerous employees or their customers. With Magento we had a shopping grid where they could add the sizes and colors they needed of an SKU for their various employees and just hit "Add All To Cart". How do I do this with shopify.

I believe the default theme do not provide this feature. You need to do some customization on your theme to get it. You can hire a experienced developer to get this feature done. You may also find some apps which provide this functionality.
