How can I improve mobile optimization for my Galleria-themed website?

Hello I am looking for someone to redesign my website to have a better mobile layout.  My theme is Galleria and I love the theme only it does not seem to convert well on mobile devices.  An example of a beautiful theme that looks even more beautiful on mobile phone is Joyfolie.com
