You would need to find the art/media assets and either replace your themes icon files with those or customized the theme to display them properly.

This will vary wildly among themes, if you have a common theme it's likely there may be perhaps an existing topic on using different icons in the forums found by searching.

I recommend using a theme which supports those buttons.

Using an app, or editing code can help, but they may break your theme structure, and prevent you from updating the theme in the future.
