how can i make customers upload file according to different selections?

I am currently using this https://amineammari.com/field-generator-for-shopify-product-pages/ 

liquid code to make customers upload their pictures.

But, I want people to choose the # of their pet and the upload appears as same as pet number.

For example, 1 pet -> 1 upload, 2 pets -> 2 uploads, 3 pets -> 3 uploads..

Is there any way we can do this?
