Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hey Community
I am revamping my page and moving to the Sense theme. For our Mission Statement (it is on a regular page), I would like to use visuals which spread across the full-width. I have seen it for other stores, but cannot seem to edit my theme.liquid.css to have the width at 100%.
Does someone know how to make it full-width? Also, will this effect how it will display on mobile?
Thank you
Hi
in all new theme you can manage width of page from editor
1. Go to admin -> Online store -> Theme-> click on "Customize" button
2. ow you will see theme editor -> form bottom click on "theme setting" -> then you can see option and where from select "Layout" tab
3. now you can change page width as you want
Hey @Jasoliya
Thanks for the reply! 🙂
For me, it doesn't change anything. The width stays and the image is still only in the middle of the page.
Send me store url will check
Best Regard
It is not online yet—we have a different theme online atm. So I am not sure how you can check it
Hello, would you mind sharing your work around? I'm struggling with the same problem. Thx!
This was very helpful to a smilier query I had on the free shopify theme. But it appears to only adjust the width of the homepage and not the width of the content in the actual pages I create. They still appear to only take up half the screen width on desktop, running down the centre. Please can you suggest how to adjust this? Thank you
