How can I make video in product page the same width as images? Dawn theme

I have uploaded a video to my product page but when you preview the page on desktop it looks enormous compared to the images. How can I change the width of the video to fit to match the images widths?

And also, on mobile view how can I make the video NOT dark for the first few seconds?

Is there any Code I can use to do these things?

I have searched youtube for videos on this but cannot find any...
