How can I modify footer payment icons on my ecommerce site?

I would like to know how can I change the icons in the footer

I would like to manage this section of the site as I please, I think it should act as a code.

more precisely I would like to be able to insert Klarna and Scalapay payment methods

How can I do? Where in the Liquid files should I put my code?
