How can I modify image text outlines in Sense Theme?

Hey guys! I'm new at shopify and right now i'm desinging my first shop. I wanted to know how i can change the Outlines from the Image with Text option. I changed something i guess, because earlier the outlines weren't there.

i hope anyone can help! ☺️
