How can I modify the announcement bar in the Dawn theme?

Hi I want to design the announcement bar in dawn theme. 

But I'm unable to change the code or modify the design.

I want to design the announcement bar like left side some text and right side search button icon  and login icon to display in my theme. Can any one please help me with code and design.

@Uma489 - this will need code editing, you will need to edit announcement bar liquid code file and then you can adjust it as per your need

@Uma489 - are you familiar with html/css? this is not single line of code, it depends on each theme and design, so it is different for every requirement

Yes. I'm familiar with HTMl/css . But here we are using liquid code so that it is not reflecting.
