How can I modify the menu behavior in Brooklyn theme?

hi. 

im using brokyln theme and i want to change something in my menu. 

when im pressing on the word shop its sending me to all products and when im pressing on + its open the second menu. 

i want to change it that no metter where im pressing on the word shop it will open the second menu and not click and moving me to all products. 

in the photo i press on + and its opend the menu like i want. but if i will press on the word "shop" it will bring me to all products. 

and can i change the size for the second menu to be smaller?
