How can I rearrange the product order in the Spotlight theme?

Hi There,

I have a simple store set up with the starter plan, using spotlight theme. Just wondering if there is a way to reshuffle the order that the products appear? I have tried a few different ways but no joy!

Hi there! I am trying this myself, I found that the theme places the products in alphabetical order, could be a solution until better ones:)
