How can I regain access to my active store after a long absence?

I am needing to get in my store. I'm having trouble, the email connected is still active. There was a personal life emergency that caused me to be inactive, however I'm needing to update

Hi Emily,


Yes, I tried logging in and it's not allow me. I need to update my payment method. I had a family emergency that caused me to be inactive. I believe that's the issue. How do I update my information? It seems very difficult.
