How can I remove an image with personal details from a public CDN?

Hi, 

I was in chat conversation with customer service agent. In the chat, I uploaded an image with my personal details such as address and phone number. After uploading it, I noticed this is going to public CDN of shopify and anyone with the link can access it. I also realized this merchant website chat engine is using shopify online store chat. After asking the customer service agent to delete the image, he told me he will simply block the entire chat and it will remove all data but I can see the link is still active and I can still access the image using the following masked URL: 

https://cdn.shopify.com/b/shopify-inbox/<RANDOM_CODE>.png 

Please help me to delete this image. It contains all my personal and private data, specially that EU GDPR does not allow this.

Thanks for replying. Could you please help me with the Shopify phone number and live chat (not automated one) URL? So far I could not reach to any human support agent to discuss the situation.

Also, please help me in the automated chat: do you know what and where is "select a store button"?
